Whidbey Island

The Utility’s installed service connection will include: 1 (one) valve, 1 (one) 5/8”x3/4”meter, 1 (one) check valve, and 1
(one) meter box. The Customer is responsible for the line from the meter to the Customer’s house. Water service for
each individual household shall require a separate connection.

Rates:
Metered: $22.00/month + usage

Usage 0-500 cubic feet per month: $1.50 per 100 cubic feet; 501-1000 cubic feet per month: $2.50 per 100 cubic feet; over 1,001 cubic feet: $3.80 per 100 cubic feet
Sea View customers in Oak Harbor: 1 cubic foot = 7.48 gallons

Ready-to-Serve (vacant lots): $22.00/month

Non-Metered Flat Rate: $35.26/month

Del Bay

The Utility’s installed service connection will include: 1 (one) valve, 1 (one) 5/8”x3/4”meter, 1 (one) check valve, and 1
(one) meter box. The Customer is responsible for the line from the meter to the Customer’s house. Water service for
each individual household shall require a separate connection.
Monthly charges: All rates are plus State Utility Tax.

Rates:
Flat Rate, Developed Lot: $42.50/month
Flat Rate, Undeveloped Lot: $22.50/month

*Del Bay customer rates will change to Whidbey Island rates effective 11/12/2021

Olympic Peninsula

The Utility’s installed service connection will include: 1 (one) valve, 1 (one) 5/8”x3/4”meter, 1 (one) check valve, and 1
(one) meter box. The Customer is responsible for the line from the meter to the Customer’s house. Water service for
each individual household shall require a separate connection.

Rates:
Metered: $20.00/month + usage
Usage 0-500 cubic feet per month: $0.75 per 100 cubic feet; 501-1,275 cubic feet per month: $1.15 per 100 cubic feet; over 1,275 cubic feet: $1.60 per 100 cubic feet
Ready-to-Serve (vacant lots): $20.00/month
Non-Metered Flat Rate: $28.40/month

reasonable hours to perform meter readings, maintenance, testing, and installation or removal of the company’s
property necessary for reasonable operation of the Utility. This application does not guarantee service.

To prevent fraud, you will be asked to provide documentation from your closing agent showing the address and your name as
property owner, or lease/rental agreement showing your name as renter.
